The Old Canada Road Scenic Byway follows US 201 north through the forests of western Maine, from Solon along the Kennebec River to Jackman and on toward the Canadian border. It is a long, quiet drive through mostly unbroken woods, where the color typically peaks around the end of September and the first days of October.
